There’s a new interview with a Palmer Station contractor here.
Whine whine whine.
Yup, at McMurdo you can go home after work and not have to think about the station. Steal the furniture. Puke in the bathrooms without repercussions. Why not? You don’t have to clean it up. It cleans itself up, it’s fukin’ magic.
At Palmer (and Pole) you actually have to help run the place, clean up after yourself, be a part of the community, be a responsible adult, etc.
Don’t like that idea? Don’t go to Palmer. Or Pole.
